Concept

  • Soil Test and Arborist Services
  • Consultation with Designer, concept plans developed
  • Design Response to show detailed floor plans, elevations and materials. We will determine an outcome that is suitable to the clients’ vision and budget

Planning

  • The concept plans will be finalised with the client and submitted as a Town Planning Drawing Set with Council
  • Our Private Town Planner will handle all council dealings as well as the permit application
  • We will negotiate any issues on your behalf with council, consult with any objectors as well as provider presentation at VCAT if needed

Detail

  • Full set of Working Drawings prepared by Designer
  • Building Permit
  • Engineering Drawings prepared by Engineer
  • Landscape Plan prepared
  • Energy Rating
  • Land Survey to mark site boundaries and prepare for build

Contract

  • Preparation of documentation required for building quotation
  • Consultation with Builders to determine optimal builder for your project
  • Presentation to client of all options and recommendations

Build

  • We project manage the entire build, liaising with the builder and all professionals required on site
  • Ensuring the development follows on schedule and on cost
  • Conduct site visits at all key stages
  • Liaise with Building Surveyor
  • Handle subdivision process, ensuring titles are delivered to your conveyancer or solicitor upon completion of the build

Completion

  • We will consult with Real Estate Agents to determine the most effective sale solution
  • Marketing Campaign & Stage Property
